Facial Hair Friday/Conan O’Brien Can’t Stop Review

25 Mar

In case you were cut off from all media last year I will give you a run-down: a funny, Irish man was made host of The Tonight Show. Seven months later he was asked by NBC to go back to his old time slot to accommodate a less funny, old man. He refused. He was bought out. He was angry. He decided to go on a tour of America. And, fortunately for us, Rodman Flender made a documentary following him on his journey. Fortunately for me, he had a beard during this time. FHF!

Conan the Barbeardian

If you love Conan O’Brien, you will absolutely love Conan O’Brien Can’t Stop because it is exactly that: Conan O’Brien. It shows every side of him: his humor, his heartbreak, his insanity, his angst, and his over-all brilliance. Nothing is sugar-coated or shied-away from: it is pure Conan. So if, like me, you have a deep affection for this gangly man, you will delight in getting to watch him for 90 minutes.

true story,

Lara
